This does not apply to those reliant on wheelchairs. Disabled Washroom facilities are provided.

  1.

    2) Babies may be ‘added’ to a table number for no extra charge if carried in a sling or sat upon an adult’s knee at all times. All children will need to be counted as seated guests, except for non- walking babies.

3) Strictly no adults will be admitted without a child/children and vice versa - no children will be admitted without an adult.

4) Parents/guardians/adults remain responsible for children at all times. Children must be seated at all times and remain under supervision.
Children must be accompanied to the washrooms at all times.

5) To help us remain ‘Covid-secure’, please keep coats, bags and personal property to a minimum when attending.

6)Like adults, Children aged 11 years and over must wear a face covering at all times unless seated (this includes visiting the washrooms)

7)Music will be kept at safe levels. Please bring ear defenders if you wish - they will not be provided.

8)Allergy advice: We use latex balloons

9) Is this outside? Yes, in andwhynot's car park.  The area will be transformed somewhat and we do have a HUGE marquee too!

10) Is it table service? Of course, it is. many people actually PREFER the new table service too! We have round tables of 6 and square tables of 4 available with comfy chairs- obviously there’s only a limited amount of tables available - as all tables are socially distanced.

11) To follow current guidance, we ask you to book in groups of upto 6 from ANY household. We are unable to check this detail, so we ask you to kindly follow the guidelines.

12) What happens if it rains? Most areas ARE covered, you will be advised upon booking if your table is covered or not - umbrellas are not allowed, as they restrict other peoples view - so its always handy to bring something warm and waterproof to wear just in case. This event will continue regardless of weather, except in the case of extreme weather conditions affecting the venue, in which full refunds will be given. We also have ‘blankets’ available to buy should you get cold – to follow guidelines, you must take these blankets home with you.

13) Track and Trace? From March 2021, it is now law that all guest details must be provided – either via the NHS Covid app or upon arrival. Failure to do so will result in refusal of entry and no refund will be issued. All tickets are issued via email - so please remember to show that upon arrival.

14) Singing or raising your voices outside? We obviously have to ask you not to raise your voices during your time with us and would remind you that we ALL have rules and regulations to follow, however, if there’s certain songs you’d like to sing along to (the big numbers) - we'd ask that you pop your mask on.

15) Can we allow dancing? There will be no designated dancing area, however, if Government Guidelines allow, you may dance at your table within your own space, follow the socially distancing rules and not annoy the table behind you by standing/dancing

16) Is it all plastic glasses? No, not at all - we trust our customers to be responsible - all drinks will be served as you would inside.

17) Our toilets will be monitored and meticulously cleaned every 30 minutes by our washroom attendants, anti-bacterial wipes will also be provided for you to use to cleanse seats.  To protect the environment and to maintain our drainage, please use the bins provided and please do not flush wipes.

18) You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon arrival. Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the venue and at your table - ps, please use it - don’t pinch it

19) To reduce team to table contact, once you are seated, we'll ask you to control our service with a small double-sided card placed on your table. The 'green' side signals our team that you would like service, the 'red' side indicated to us that you are all good. When you need our efficient service, simply display the green side again and we'll be there. Alternatively, you can now order your food and drinks via our simple online 'order at the table app'

We reserve the right to refuse admission. No person considered intoxicated will be admitted.

We, as a company can assure that the safety of our team and our customers is paramount – ALL recommendations issued by the Government and relevant authorities will be strictly adhered to. Please be aware that all shows are subject to Government Guidance and Law.
